These terms and conditions govern your use of the Roll Without Fear website and membership services, operated by Reel Easy Productions (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Who you are contracting with

Acceptance of terms

By continuing to use our website and services, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or purchase a membership. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account.

What we provide

Roll Without Fear is a cinematic tabletop roleplaying YouTube channel and membership platform. We provide access to episodes, a filming schedule, merchandise links and bonus content for paying members. Content and features may change over time as the channel evolves.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload, share or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, is abusive, hateful, harassing or obscene.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the service, its servers or networks.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine or copy content without our permission.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access members-only content through your account.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including videos, branding, logos, artwork, scripts and text, is owned by or licensed to Reel Easy Productions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without our written permission.

Memberships, payments and subscriptions

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. You can view, manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or through Paddle’s customer portal.

Paddle — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on memberships. Refunds are processed by Paddle. For details, please see our refund policy.

Service level

We aim to keep the service available and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control may cause temporary disruption. We are not liable for any loss caused by such disruption.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay when due, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or repeatedly violate our community standards. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel Easy Productions excludes liability for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total amount you have paid for membership in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.

Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
